Staff are very dedicated to carseat safety, good work.

Really great range of products but really disappointed with the staff in the store. Having just opened up after the lockdown one staff member made it very clear she still didn’t want any people in the store. At one point she swore across the store to another staff member insisting that the air conditioning be turned down. Not the sort of unprofessionalism I would expect anywhere, but especially at a baby store.

We used to go to Henderson store every now and then until recently I went there to return rental car seat. Lisa the store manager was very intimidating and had no service skills what so ever. They provided me the rental agreement with wrong dates on it then she asked me a few general questions where I felt I was being interrogated. This was the last time I have gone into baby factory from now I would preffer to go to other places with cheaper prices too.I understand that it was your job to make sure everything should be in order while a product was returned however you should do it with a better tone at least. No wonder why the store is always empty.

Worse customer service ever!! If you have products on display please make sure there is a note indicating it and not making like we walking COVID objects. Won’t recommend this branch in Henderson ever again.

Very friendly staff, i went to get snap n hire stroller on hire because the henderson branch was out of stock. They werw great help and said they always hve strollers available on hire

Great service by Michelle. Helped us pick out the right car seat and wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. Would come back again.

Avoid going to Henderson branch. Their manager, LISA is the most rude person we have ever met. Very poor customer service and does not fit for her role. Very intimidating too!We did not encounter this once but a few times already and she isn’t helpful at all.

The old white lady serving was very grumpy, the customer can't come and look longer, and was feeling bad to stand around

We recently bought a car seat for our 18 month old from the Albany Baby Factory branch, the lady who served us assured us it was an ISOFIX model and even came and checked out our car before selling it to us ($400). My husband installed it into our 2nd car when we got home only to find out it wasn't securing properly (moving atleast 6 inches from left to right) and therefore we had been incorrectly advised.We therefore went to our local Baby Factory in Henderson, where the manager who was on (called Lisa) came and assisted us. She was fantastic and sorted the problem out by providing us with the right car seat. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. Very impressed, although not so much with the Albany branch.
