Nasty and filthy. Elevator dodgy. Standing water on bottom floor walk way entrance. Certainly needs a facelift" as it shows its lack of care and upkeep."

Terribly kept carpark. There is graffiti and rubbish and spills all over the floors, elevator and stairwells. Half the time the elevators arent working. There is persistent syphoning of fuel even in normal morning hours (not just if car left overnight). The security is pathetic and the place is disgusting.

Someone broke into my car and cut open my fuel tank.I will never park my car there again….No Cameras and it says “protected by First Security” ?I cannot recommend it ….

This carpark is unsecured and unsafe. Would not recommend parking here without a reserved parking space in the upper level. I got broken into yesterday when thieves decided to go on a theft spree, breaking into multiple cars parked at the Eden St carpark on the same day. I have heard this is a regular occurrence

Car was broken into twice, called Wilson both times and they told me to file a police report. Filed a police report and got this response:Wilsons Carparks have confirmed that there are definitely no CCTV cameras operating at the Eden St Carpark. Any cameras potentially still at the location are no longer operating.Unfortunately this means there are no lines of enquiry for Police to follow up on."FYI

Very narrow ramps with very tight corners. Also the p/h rates are exorbitant - I arrived at 5.50pm on a Tuesday as I had to run into a shop that closed at 6pm (most shops in this area are shut by this time anyway) and still had to pay $4 - because you can only park by the hour, which is ridiculous but I guess it's how they unashamedly take your money.

We arrived back at 10.40 to find the pedestrian door locked. A helpful sign explained how to phone to have the door remotely unlocked and let us into the secured building - good system.

Wilson Parking - 4 Eden St
This carpark is NOT suitable for large or long vehicles.Its ramps seem quite steep - something to keep in mind if your not a super confident driver.I like that it is accessed of a side road rather than main road which makes it a lot easier to access in busy times.
