Lovely and peaceful camp ground with close river view. 4 flush toilets which might start to get a bit dirty later at night.

Spacious camp ground, good flushing toilet as well as the long drops. A place for washing dishes is provided but only two sinks. Next to the river is beautiful and next to the road can get a bit noisy. Tickets are checked daily so make sure to self register on arrival.

Nothing to get excited about, but cheap and has all the basics you require (toilets and non-potable water) - plenty of space of a LOT of vehicles, can easily walk into Albert Town to visit the 4square, patisserie (a must!) Or takeaway. A lot of road noise if you just have a tent (and quiet possibly even if you have a camper or RV)

Absolutely love the place. Good spot to go to if you want to be close to the river. Bar within walking distance. Well maintained toilets and bins, although do boil the water.

QTLD really need to up their game. 3 working toilets for 150+ people & no recycling or rubbish facility in an area between 2 towns. Otherwise a beautiful spot on the river

$10 per person per night in early January of 2023. Very basic large feild you camp in along the river. There are a few long drop toilets located around the site and 4 flush toilets more central the the site. 2 sinks are located outside the building to do dishes. There is a large bin for rubbish collection! Great location! It is mostly exposed to the weather but there are a few treed places you can park (not advisable in windy conditions). Close to Wanaka and not that busy during the weekdays I found.

Basic and perfect.Plenty of trees for shade, dry ground, circled by the Cluths River, long drop toilets and flush toilets. Wash up area with only cold water.No lights in any of the toilets.Great price

Very good location but for 10 dollars one would expect sonething more than a single toilet.If you walk further NE for 10 min you'll find another camping spot that costs less (7nzd) and has 2 toilets.Tip: swim here, sleep there!
