Capoeira Academy and Cultural Center
A great group. A fun, friendly, place to learn a wonderful, physical game from Brazil, led by Mastre Brabo, a local NZ Capoeira master. They have regular weekly training and fortnightly games (Roda) and everyone is welcome. Training covers both the movement, and musical aspects of the game.They often have special events which include top masters visiting from around the world. I can't recommend these events highly enough. Amazing.If you have ever wanted to try out Capoeira, or just want to see what its like for yourself, feel free to head down to the Academy.See you there !

Run by a dedicated, passionate crew taught by Mestre Brabo and influenced by the teachings of Mestre Roxhino and Mestre Jogo de Dentro among others. Their music and playing skills are some of the highest in Australasian Capoiera Angola circles and their events are always well organised with amazing food to boot. Recommended!

This place is Amazing! Such a loving community whether your brand new or have played for years; everyone is welcome. Classes are taught by committed and talented tutors, some even match their socks with their underwear!! I can't recommend the Capoeira academy highly enough.

Awesome place to learn Capoeira Angola in Auckland. The instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate about Capoeira. Capoeira itself is a beautiful martial art that challenges you in all aspects from your fitness abilities to your creativity. Great place!
