We had a bed experience at another place in Mt Maunganui & popped in to see these guys and they were AMAZING - sorted my alteration with no fuss, big smiles & lovely conversation. They did it in the spot for me & were on our way a awesome service !!!!

I came to Susie less than two months out from my wedding with a dress than needed to be taken up and adjusted. My dress had a delicate edging around the train that she managed to keep, along with many sequins she secured after noticing loose threads. Susie also worked on my partners suit.Susie was so lovely and friendly to work with as well as being very affordable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.Thank you so much Suzie!

Lovely friendly team who took the time to help me out. Popped in today to get some curtains taken up and showed them my leather jacket which also needed fixing. After explaining I’d love to wear it this weekend for an event and then bring it back Monday they (free of charge) stabilised the area for me so the tear wouldn’t get worse :)Highly recommend Mt Alterations!!!

Mt Alterations has been so helpful in the chaos of wedding planning and Suzi is the absolute perfect person to entrust a wedding dress or other special item of clothing to. Suzi's work is not only excellent but she goes above and beyond in every area! I have nothing but amazing things to say about them and cannot recommend them enough!

Suzy & Sarah are a dynamic and personable Mother-Daughter duo thatdelivered excellent results every time, that I continued returning to the point that half of my clothing and bags were mended by them!I partially owe my positive experience of being woven into the Mount Maunganui community to these two, and am grateful to be a valued patron that was genuinely greeted every time.Ka pai tō mahi*Small world moment: We worked out that Suzy's sewing machine service man had maintaned my sister's machines at her alterations shop in Nelson!?
