Not only did they do a fantastic job of fixing up our car, they unexpectedly went the extra mile and completely cleaned the interior of the vehicle as well. Very much appreciated as our 2 dogs mean that the car is always filled with fluff and dirt. We never look forward to cleaning it ourselves. Great job guys! Thanks heaps! We will definitely be recommending Brown and Paterson in the future.

I definitely recommend these guys highly for any repairs or paintwork! I’ve used them more than a few times over the last 10 years through insurance, and I’ll happily take any future repairs to them! They’ve gone above and beyond every time, and always deliver an amazing result. You’ll be driving away with a smile after using these guys!

Took over two and half weeks to send a quote through to my insurance company. Then caused further delay by advising the car wouldn't be repaired for another week and also declining me of a loan car due to my age (24) even though they advised they could make some sort of arrangement when I first took my car in for assesment. Ended up cancelling my insurance job with them due to their poor customer service and delays - I have now found another company that was able to help me right away and provide me with a loan car :) - All in all, Brown and Patterson were a big waste of time!!

I used Brown & Paterson a few years ago and found the service and repair job fantastic so when I had to choose a repairer again I had no hesitation in going back to them. The service was still as great and very professional. Colin was very pleasant to deal with and kept me up to date with progress. They did a great job on the bumper, it looks very flash just like new. The car clean was a bonus. I will be definately recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks.

I had my vehicle repaired by Brown & Paterson. Even though there was little external damage, Andrew went the extra few miles to make sure nothing was amiss underneath. Very professional. The vehicle was repaired in the time they said it would and I was kept informed by SMS at every stage. I had a loan car which was clean and tidy. My vehicle was thoroughly groomed before return to me. I would thoroughly recommend Brown & Paterson for their professionalism and customer service.
