Useless as anything. Despite instructions and ATL, leaves packages in the letterbox, or in the weather.Going to their storage is mildly better, but takes a while to get packages from out the back even.Have seen new drivers, so may improve?

The service has improved dramatically since Tracy took over the management of the depot. My interactions now are very efficient and that's vitally important to me as a small business owner. Thanks to Tracy and her team for all their efforts and support.

Beyond useless. There is no customer service so can't complain about it as these guys don't do service. They lose items or just leave them sitting in a random depot somewhere, no one cares and you call their useless call center and get the same script read to you by each person.

The most useless courier company. Takes days to get an answer from them and they advise me item is delivered when it’s not. Don’t bother replying that you always look to improve your services like with other reviews. You have been saying that for the last few years, just lip service.‘Updated’ since writing the above comment over 2 months ago another package took 21 day to arrive from Auckland, of course nothing has changed. Vendors please stop using this useless courier company, they clearly don’t care about customer service'Updated again' 30/11/2022, once again i still dont have delivery from Aramex 6 days after item sent, I call and cant get an update as track and track still shows item not in Blenheim and you have nothing else to say, asked to talk to a manager, told me to go to website to leave complaint, WHAT IS GOING ON INSIDE THIS COMPANY, DO YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Its unbelievable this company is still in business, they are so incompetent.Updated, parcel arrived on 27th Feb after leaving from Christchurch 2 weeks earlier. This companies service is mind boggling bad, but of course they don't care.

I have ordered As per the delivery duration promised by the company, the parcel should have gotten delivered within a span of 7 days but it has been over a 3 weeks and the parcel still is undelivered. I call them 6 times same answer every day We cant make promises when we able to deliver. There customers service are sooo bad they no even know what they provide to there customers. I never experienced this bad with other company's

Would even give them 1 star! How they are still operating is bloody beyond me.. Try to avoid this courier as much as possible

The absolute worse service you can get! Told address was rural and they passed it on?? Not rural and they deliver ( badly) to the neighbour's around.Was told not there problem look for Parcell myself!!Went to nzpost who looked out of kindness but they want nothing to do with the companyCan't give negative stars

Like most of the reviews, if I could give zero stars I would. Still waiting for a parcel from Auckland after 10 days and trying to get a meaningful response from customer service is pointless. I won’t shop with anyone who uses Aramex as their preferred courier.

Taken weeks to arrive!! Customer service is hopeless and poor communication. The delivery driving is lovely but she is only one person. I give her a 5 star.
