This has to be the worst provider ever. Basically put, any mistake you make you pay for. Having a spark account is like going to a strip club. Pay money no reward. Please use any other service provider unless you like burning money

Really delightful team member who tried her very best to help me out. Unfortunately we didn't succeed but she unwittingly taught me how to quickly access my Bluetooth devices without realizing. I'll definitely go back if the need arises.

In short, my expectation was that Spark NZ in Silverdale would be the same story of others. Go in, tell them what you want, hear them say, Yes. We will do that for you."..... Only to find that they don't.But.Not true. I was given an honest line about what I might want to choose and what I would need to do so. It all SEEMED to be fine. Except they had be signed up and connected to broadband five hours later.Great work in doing the unexpected. Please tel your boss

After getting email reset in store found out at home email to say account closed for security reasons , if no emails allowed how do you know why its closed. What really annoying me if deafness like I have is not being able to use a phone at all and that is why I went to vist shop. Colin Grant.

Customer service is as good as outdated spark technology and buggy systems. Lost in process, no human element. AI definitely eats these jobs plus business looses customers too.Me ported to Vodafone, repeated system issue of spark cutting me short of value pack 28 days (ended in 24) and staff don't want to do anything about it.
