I love how HCI has tried to replicate the experience of dealing with public offices in India, in New Zealand too.The number they have provided, no one ever picks up. You call during their working hours, it just rings and rings. Called them 15 times yesterday.Nothing.Used to this in India, surprised they managed to replicate the same shody low standard of quality you see in public departments back home.There's a reason why your rating is so low. Improve your training. The fact that something as basic as your phone number doesn't work.. Tells us a lot about your service quality.Maybe give this contract to a company here than can provide better standard of service. This isn't India. Your low service standards in public offices won't be accepted here.So embarrassing.

Waoo , I would give zero star if there any available, as I have applied my daughters passport about 1and half month ago , there is no response where passport is , also the process time is one month so called , but they took a whole month to check paper and after month they said one paper is missing , now there is no guidelines about online document submission, every time I try to call or mail there is no one sense able who can answer in right way . One staff member said reapply for passport, excuse me I spent 4 days and money . Poor service you get from them .Thankyou very much

So far good experience with local team. I tried calling them for passport service and no one picked up but I did a call back option and guess what, I got a call back. Yes, I was happy that I got a call back, also the representative told me that there are not many who can call back since they don't have customer support in fact all of them are just there doing almost everything including processing the application.I know it always takes time so I had little expectation when I called but I got a good overall response. I hope things get better and better from here.Keep up the good work Team India.Thanks.

Trying to contact via phone for week, daily spend half a day even took day off from work so I can able to talk but no answer. If someone needs emergency support I don't think it can be provided from the. Very much disappointed

Cooperative and professional staff. Automatically attend and reply to the queries and applications. No need to call again and again and no need to chase on mail. Services are rendered within time frame automatically. Kudos the team, well done. We should encourage them and appreciate the good work, I noticed it with my own experience.

I tried calling them for hours regarding surrender of my Indian passport as it has been more than 1 month.I would give them -5 stars if i can.No body picks up the phone.Worst experience ever.

I have sent my Indian passport for cancellation 3 months ago. Still no feedbck. Nobody is picking up the call. No feedbacks to the emails. Very poor service. We pay the money they demand for and we get zero service. This irresponsibility needs to be addressed.

I sent my passport over a month ago to surrender Indian citizenship and haven’t heard anything back. I called you over 20 times and emailed more than 2 times but still haven’t heard anything. Please get back to me or process my application. You guys are taking unnecessarily long time to process the basic application. All you have to do is just stamp it “ CANCEL “ and send it back to me. I paid for everything and even gave you the return ticket for courier bag, why is it taking so long? It should be done in a week.PLEASE PROCESS FASTER AND STOP TAKING UNNECESSARY TIME AND IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION. Google: Please introduce 0" star rating as well because some organization/company doesn't deserve even 1 star.Those people who managed to talk to our world's best high commission employees on call should feel very lucky and must buy lotto ticket. They will surely win something.!!what is the time frame for cancellation of the passport.Can someone advise how to contact them ??"

The new High Commission of India building is incredible. It’s worth just walking passed to see how impressive it is. They even run free Yoga classes there - I hope they will have Indian language classes one day too. The customer service inside is good, the staff are polite, and visas are issued very quickly from my experiences. If you struggle to get answers on phone or email, there’s a complaint email address you can try on their website. But first make sure you read the website thoroughly as there’s a lot of information there. Jai Hind.

Trying to call 100s times either phone is ringing or not recheable. Trying to send email, either no response or got response after a week. experience really pathetic. If you need any document related to application then you are sending back that courier instead of updating status on the portal. why passport portal is there.
