I needed a new sand filter for my pool and wanted to get the job done urgently. The Perfect Pools team was great: assessed what was needed and installed the new equipment within a few days. They even repaired my pool shed, which had to be partly dismantled to change the large filter. Great job. Good pricing. Perfect experience.

On Sunday my old skimmer basket blew apart chock full of autumn leaves. Perfect Pools answered a quick question via online chat about next day delivery and I placed the order. They had someone passing by and dropped it off directly the very next day. Awesome service.

Perfect Pools NZ
Our pool cleaner died just before the Christmas holidays. Normally would have been a disaster. The guys from Perfect Pools NZ went out of their way. We got one on loan, and when ours was fixed (under guarantee) they delivered it. Exceptionally good service. Friendly staff. It is not the closest pool shop, but will definitely get all our chemicals and repair work done by them.

Had a really good experience with Perfect Pools yesterday. Needed a filter replacement for the swimming pool. Got all the information needed and a quote straight away. The job was done the same day. Amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very reasonable priced.Will definitely deal with them again.
