The Floor Store
I have had amazing service from start to finish and the end result is incredible. The service and follow-up from Abby was exceptional and the tradesmen were wonderful. They did not stop and finished my job ahead of time. Their clean-up was unbelievable with not a trace of my previous tile floor left behind. Ace, who did the measure, was extremely helpful. I cannot recommend The Floor Store highly enough and have already told friends and neighbours how happy I am with the whole process.

Stella at the FloorStore was absolutely amazing to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The whole process was really easy. Dylan the installer was also really great and quick making it a painless process. We would highly recommend them!

The floor consultant who came to advise was very helpful with suggestions , and we subsequently chose one of the very good products . The tradesman that came to install the flooring was meticulous and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the end result and would use the Floor Store again and recommend them to others. Thanks to all involved.

The advice, installation and after care service provided by the Floor Store has been nothing but polite and professional and I am really happy with the finished product. The installation was super quick and when the installers had left (apart from the amazing carpet) I would never have known they had been here. Super happy.

Really excellent store in Te Rapa, Hamilton - right from buying the product to the installation. Very professional, friendly staff with outstanding communication (phone and email) throughout. Stella was wonderful and kept us up-to-date with every aspect of the job. Thoroughly recommend the Floor Store if you want exceptional service.

We have been thrilled with the Floor Store. Ace - the consultant - is a rockstar who gave us great advice, Stella was the rep who managed the whole process and she was so thorough and positive. She made what is a horrific process thoroughly enjoyable. The contractors they got in were super fast and thorough, their price was great. All in all, highly recommend these guys. And we LOVE our new carpet!

Great experience with Abby who met a real tight deadline and helped us to make some very important flooring choices within a budget.We had Max as an installer and he did a really wicked job, especially during the heat of the day! Ask for him, you wont regret it.
