Life Coach - Nicole Wijngaarden
I met with Nicole when it looked like my life took a turn for the worse. She helped me understanding grief, stress, resilience and what is turning you down. I thought I knew about stress, etc. but men was I wrong. It's not good to put your feelings in a box and forget about it. Nicole is a very good listener and able to ask those probing questions which make you think! With Nicole, helping me out; by coaching and mindfulness I finally can say there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for taking me on this journey!
