It’s fantastic experience with Brightr insulation team in Hamilton. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew for our underfloor insulation and helped us find some extra issues which are not included in insulation! Definitely recommend to work with.

Had an appointment booked 3 weeks in advance, received reminder emails and texts, then on the day they just didn't show up. Called them and apparently the technician had been unavailable for weeks but they didn't bother to let me know, and he wouldn't be available again for at least another few weeks. Told them to cancel and I'll book with someone else. Time wasters.
