Post Haste Couriers Wellington

A worst ever courier company I ever dealt with. Its been 10 days for a parcel from Auckland to be delivered in Wellington. I submitted a query and got to know the driver now have the parcel with him for delivery but guess but another day gone and its still not delivered.Post haste you do not deserve even a single star.

The poorest service ever. They didn’t deliver my orders on time and I had to request a re-delivery. They promised the parcel would arrive today by 5 pm for the re-delivery, but couldn’t fulfill. As they can’t get into the foyer of my apartment, I had to be home the entire day just to wait for their delivery that they couldn’t make it happen. Frustrated!!

Absolutely horrible service. The package was delivered to the wrong address and after finally being able to get hold of them they can not confirm where my package is or how long it will take to get back. Would recommend you avoid post haste at all costs.

Waiting a week for an item to be delivered to find out it has been damaged and is sitting with post haste. No contact from post haste as to it being damaged. Had to call them directly for it to be communicated to me. The woman I spoke to over the phone was nice but overall no communication from the status of my delivery so poor service.

Starting a business is hard work and sometimes it’s not worth the hassle…1. Buy a van ( 20k plus)2. Make sure your on time but don’t get tickets3. Try to live up to the McDonald’s “I want it yesterday attitude”4. Lug heavy stuff most people who sit in a chair all day would pass out doingI’m no courier driver …, but I know having your own business is bloody toughHey courier drivers !!! I really appreciate what you guys do …. It’s not glamorous and it’s hard work … here is to you guys and girls getting our stuff to us!!! Even if it takes longer it’s not gonna be the end of the world :) whoever dropped off my textbook today I really am thankful

horrendous service. takes multiple days for parcel to be moved from wellington to auckland. Once I ring up, they explain to me its with the driver and will be delivered that day. It then does not get delivered. After ringing up the following day, they say the driver has been unable to locate the parcel, if they find it it could take a couple days for delivery again or I could collect it. Absolutely zero care in the world from the customer service team.

This is the only courier company that leaves my parcel at the wrong address every single time...all the other companies and delivery people understand my very clear+simple instructions, but post-haste seem to love making me play treasure hunt to find my mail. Lucky my neighbours are cool so don't steal my mail and I can call someone else to come lift them down the stairs once I've figured out where the incompetent courier has left it. I only buy anything that uses post-haste if there is no other option

I ordered something from Trade Depot and Parcel was supposedly delivered and signed by GFD?? on 3/3/23we don't have a GFD when Posthaste informed good not received in first instance they did nothing? I rung again only to be informed o it hasn't been delivered yet? They then told me it was hard to get hold of driver? its now 20 days later and still nothing I have a shower I cannot use thanks to their driver fraudulently signing good deliveredPoor delivery standardsPoor customer servicesJust all round POOR

Awful service, worst of all courier companies. Actually really like my courier driver but the delivery timeframe was inexcusable. I ordered on 13/6, it was collected on 14/6, and finally delivered 24/6. There were no delivery updates, the contact centre was indifferent, dismissive & rude - she didn’t listen & kept talking over me. Will make a point of querying which postal service any online shop uses before placing future orders.

The 1 star was just because I needed it to write a review. For the last 5 things, I purchased online the stores regrettably used Post Haste and all 5 times the items went missing" or "scanned incorrectly" From Auckland to Wellington parcels seem to only take 2 days at best which is great. The issue is getting things from Lower Hutt depot to Upper Hutt. The latest parcel arrived at the Petone Depot on the 16th of December and still has not made it to Upper Hutt. I’ve called almost every day and I'm told it's now on its way - yet nothing arrives as the days tick by. The longest I have waited is just under 6 weeks from Lower Hutt to Upper Hutt. They said I could pick up the latest parcel (a Christmas gift) from the depot if I liked
