We stopped here because the restaurant we wanted to eat at closed early. It man that was some good luck on our part.Even though they didn’t open until 5pm for food, they let us sample some craft brews and even explained the specials for the evening. I was all about fish and chips. But Kyle ( who was not only knowledgeable in all things beer but the way they cook as well) filled us in in the brisket with seasonal vegetables. SOLD! and the food was delicious! Big portions too! They were so nice and kind to us, that goes a huge way. Again short staffed but doing the best they can.Tip if you’re eating outside get your silverware before your food comes. Otherwise the seagulls will eat your food while you get the silverware.Kyle and crew are amazing! What a wonderful find.

We got a couple of starters that were extremely good, the calamari in particular was excellent.For the main we shared a crayfish. It was very nice, but was quite difficult to eat having not had one before. It cost $120 for our one, but prices ranged on the day from $110 to $126 per crayfish.I think it's definitely worth trying despite the expense, and it was explained to us that they can do a half portion for sizes more than $120, so that could be a way to do it for less.The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, with a cozy bar area and a lit fire.

Very busy, but at least they set a realistic expectation on timing. Food is lovely but you need to book a table. Lots of people were disappointed.

We arrived in town late on a Sunday, hungry and this is the first place we found open and still serving food. We got lucky, the place feels welcoming the moment you step into the restaurant with its warm fireplace. Seafood is very much on the menu and my go to is the fish and chips which turned out to be melt in your mouth fresh and delicious.

This was a pretty neat place to eat on the main drag. The food was good, and the prices modest. It is a great place for lunch. They also have a bar. The service was good.

My experience in this restaurant was highly divided... First if all the service of the ladies was really nice and I was happy with my drinks so far. The bread was also not Bad with fresh herbs and butter. But then, sorry but this is not what I can expect of a kitchen, I wasn't able to get salad instead of wedges, which I asked fo a bit later. That's nothing a kitchen wouldn't be able to do and so I am highly unpleased. Also the burger looked like the ones you get at Burgerking... With so few wedges, that it is definitely not the price of $29 worth! I could've get sauce for $3! That's so overpriced... Plus tables weren't wiped down and It took really long to make this simple burgerWhich was disgusting! I am working at a restaurant and what I had was only the cheapest ingredients...Not at all a good experience.
