Harcourts Just Rentals
Bought my first house through Robyn Watson she didn't do her job properly what so ever vendors where still moving out of my house the day of settlement never got to do a proper inspection as they where still moving out. Big thanks to Jo Green at least she helped pay for some of the rubbish to get removed from the property. Very disappointed will not be recommending Harcourts to sell ever to anyone.

Harcourts Just Rentals
I had my worst renting experience with Harcourts Rentals. The home I rented had consistent issues that didn't get sorted, and if the issues were fixed it was because of my ongoing prompts. Their communication was inconsistent and extremely bias to the home owner. I left the house 100% better than how I found it however they found ways to take every cent of my bond. I didn't have the energy to dispute this and was in a state of shock (NEVER have I not received my bond back). I didn't miss a beat with rent payments and looked after the house as if it was my own - however that clearly meant nothing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THEM.

I have had my rental properties with Harcourts Just Rentals for over 12 years and can say, their team have proved themselves as true Real-estate professionals through some of the toughest market conditions experienced. Their fast and effective response to ensure any issues (operational or compliance) are resolved quickly and without fuss are much appreciated.My sincere thanks to Ryan and team.Sadly, I have been forced to sell one of the properties and used the Harcourts sales team to guide me through the process. Again, my thanks to Evan and his team for a job well done!

Harcourts Just Rentals
I have recently sold a house with Harcourts. The agent brought an amended agreement back to us and did not disclose the change in the agreement. BE AWARE. I rechecked document and changed the amendment back to what we wanted. I also told the Harcourts agent and the rental team that I needed a rental. Once they had their commission they did not want to assist in any way. So we have now bought a home privately and this has been a much better experience.

All I can say is WOW. What an exceptional team.They went ALL the extra miles for us when selling and then even more miles when we were buying again and trust me, we put them through the ringer.Shontelle is an absolute power house. So fast, so efficient an overall machine.The whole process for US at least was so easy and as stress free as could be.Mason joined in part way through our journey and what a fantastic addition he has made.This is the team you want to sell with!
