What a great trip! Skipper (sorry didn’t grab your name!) was awesome - competent, friendly and informative. Trip through the bay and the hole in the rock was great fun. Beautiful water and island views everywhere Really good value. Thanks!

Brilliant trip around the bay, captain was very knowledgable and friendly, only problem was that we couldn’t hear everything he was saying and describing regarding the scenery and places of interest. He could have done with a microphone.

We had the most amazing experience, the staff and experience was so awesome. Absolutely love the spins and drifts, was so epic. Would differently recommend to anyone and go again myself over and over. 5 stars 10/10

The glass bottom ride was an exhilarating experience. Luckily, despite the gloomy forecast for Northland, the weather was good in the Bay and we were able to have a good trip to and through the Hole in the Wall. The boat ride was thrilling to say the least because we sped right across the metre high swells, bobbing up and down as in a roller coaster ride. For the weak-hearted, the ride could be a great challenge, particularly, if the sea-state were worse and with heavier winds. However, the two senior couples who were on board, did not display any signs of discomfort or fear, throughout the whole trip.The Captain briefed us with the safety instructions and about the use of life saving equipment aboard. Each person had a life-jacket strapped on. From time to time, the Captain stopped the boat to narrate the history and geography of the Bay, its islands and the people who explored these areas and made them into modern tourist attractions. His maneuvering of the boat was deft and professional, keeping the safety of all on board, uppermost.The fishing preserve where the glass bottom of the boat was revealed and we were amazed by the array and number of fish that had gathered to feed on the pieces of bread thrown to them by us, was another great plus.Overall, the nearly three-hour ride was an amazing experience - one that is not to be missed.

Great boat and skipper; swell meant we couldn't get out to the rock but we appreciated getting more time at Urapukapuka - our young kids LOVED the fish feeding. The glass bottom being a big highlight.

This was as good as the promotional material stated.A fast boat around the Bay, a trip through the cliff hole, Sightings of shoals of fish and then an incredible view of the fish in the island jetty through the glass bottomed boat.Another (bigger) boat trip watched us go through the hole without doing so themselves and then saw us looking at the fish in the boat at the jetty. They paid more, our tour delivered more.

What a ride!! It was much more than we expected! Expert handling of the boat, especially when we went through the hole. Like being in a giant washing machine. Loved the commentary on the different locations and feeding the fish. Well recommended!!

We had a fantastic boat trip to Cape Brett and through the Hole in the Rock. A full booking is 14 people, but there was only 6 today, so we had lots of room to move around. The fish feeding was amazing and it was all very relaxed. A great morning out.
