High Quality apartments at a reasonable price

The property itself is really nice but the staff could be a bit more welcoming. Not enough parking onsite but if you are ok to park road side then ok.

Builder and developer in one! Family owned and operated here for the long haul and not just a quick buck. Good people and good development projects. They have a long and successful association with Wyndham Group which owns the Ramada hotels brand which means when they commit to a building project you know it’s going to happen. Whether you are looking for a holiday escape pad in Queenstown or a lock up and leave in Newmarket, a penthouse with unimpeded views of the remarkable or a truly family sized apartment in double grammar zone; these guys have done them all.

Lack of communication in most aspects. Would not recommend at all.

As what's self-explanatory by the rating and other reviews, being one of the investors in RAMADA MANUKAU, which is completed and settled early Nov 2019 . The communication & payment part is definitely less than satisfactory. According to our sales and purchase agreement, all reimbursement should be settled upon settlement (Which the developer promised to reimburse its purchasers up to NZD3K). The settlement is coming to 2 months now and despite a several follow ups, they still cannot provide a definite date for such reimbursement(As they claimed that there are too many units and other projects to settle first). When asked about the target date, they just simply brushed us aside , with no target date for this either. Another point to mention here too, our initial deposit, with its interests (In the trust account) have only been returned after a several follow ups . So from the beginning, it's such a disappointment. I am not too sure how SAFARI can convince its potential investors moving forward

Very pleasent crowd of people. Rob, Stephen, Damien Richard are professionals and better than most at what they do. Highly recommend to all.

Think twice before you work for this business as a contractor. It was absolute demeaning asking for the pay when they didn't respond.
