The Cheesecake Shop Mount Wellington

Purchased the Blueberry cheesecake & A Vanilla & Choc sponge cream filled cake. Cheesecake base had a cheap biscuit taste, The Vanilla choc sponge cake was dry , almost as if it was sitting on the shelf for few days. The deco on the cake looked nice, but once you cut into it, you can just tell the sponge itself looked dull to its taste. The pricing isn’t too bad, but it’s the old taste in sponge & cheap base like is the problem. I paid for a nice looking cake & cheesecake, but the taste of them both failed to meet the grade. The Cheesecake shop Mt Wellington has always been a favourite go to for Birthday cakes, but this time round the taste in their bakes has changed.

Very Kind staff & awesome cakes. From 2 years in row I have been ordering custom cake for my daughter's birthday from here and this shop always exceeded our expectations on decorations, taste & quality of the cakes & cake was always ready to pick up dot on time they promised.

Yummy cake, made for a very happy birthday for my wife.Great that vegan cheesecakes are now on the menu - but a shame there wasn't one available when we called in.If you'd like a vegan cake, probably best to call ahead of time.

Wow, it was my son 2nd birthday party and wanted a micky mouse cake for him. The cake was extremely delicious and so so tasty. Was very impressed by the cheesecake shop team. Great job guys

Worst experience & cake ever!!! 1: super rude insane cake maker& owner Julia, I made complaint(reasons below), she said to bring the cake back that’s the only option! Birthday party was on already, of course we need a cake, what kind of a person can propose such a nonsense horrible solution like this?!! Insane!!! 2: Cake is way smaller than aligned, not enough to share. 3: Coating is hard & thick as rock, told them I want cream coating don’t want fondant or anything hard to cut, didn’t listen. 4: look & colour are way different vs. photo reference, taste bad, mostly eating sugar coating! Definitely not worth a cake more than two hundred dollars! 5: the young girl who’s customer service is very nice and trying to help all the time, feel sorry for her as she had to deal this in middle but her boss Julia is the real trouble person!Will never buy anything from this cake shop ever and definitely not recommend to anyone too!

Friendly staff and tasty treats. The double chocolate strawberry torte is our family favourite as per the picture.

Went to get the cake today staff working there name mani, she was really professional. She handled the situation nicely if something went wrong with the cake.Happy customer due to her service.

Had a yummy cake from them. Needs to be heated for 10 seconds to make it really creamy....
