The team at Canterbury movers were excellent, the moving team of guys were professional, friendly, efficient and took excellent care of our belongings. They went the extra mile to assist us during the moving process. Jason kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend using this company for shifting.

Pat and the team from Canterbury Movers are outstanding. We engaged 4 quotes initially and after working with them I would not even bother about getting a quote from another company again. Very competitive pricing and the guys turned up when they said the would, completed a massive amount of work in a short time and nothing was an issue. From start to finish they accommodated every need we had and the move went without a hitch. I can not recommend this company highly enough.

Great guys. My car fell changing my flat tyre as the Jack slipped and they happened to be driving past, lifted my car, changed the tyre and went on their way. Shows their true character! Thanks so much.

Used in December 2021. Never again. At the end of the day they couldn't wait to leave and rushed off. Then I learnt I had been over charged by approx. 4.5 hours (3 people). Complained to owner (Pat) numerous times but they acted like nothing was wrong. What company does this?

We would not recommend these furniture movers.We had a shift approx one and a half Kim’s. All furniture was prepared and ready for loading.The two young men were pleasant but very slow and spent a lot of time on their cell phones. We supplied them with coffee at lunch time and they stopped for half an hour which did not come off the account at the end. They were to go and help out at another job, but appeared to make our job spin out. Our job could have been finished a lot earlier. We were stunned at the cost and were even charged for the 1/2 hour they had off at lunch time. We contacted the management and they didn’t want to know.The shift was only large furniture, no boxes.

Great experience with Pat and his team at Canterbury Movers. We found ourselves in a tricky situation after being let down by a tradesman, and Pat went out of his way to help us out. He phoned around his contacts, hired scaffolding and pitched in to help. Way over and above his brief. Great guy, great team. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Pat and his team are absolutely fantastic! They helped us move within Halswell in June. Great communication, prompt response when enquiry. On the day they came to our place a few minutes in advance, delicately protected our furniture, and helped us dismantle and assemble a difficult table and other big furniture. Super efficient and works done beautifully. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who's considering moving.Lot's of thanks from us.

Dishonest and disorganised. Paid just over $4k to move us around the corner (800m). We felt the price was good, Pat certainly was a good salesman. Moving chaps were strong and friendly, unfortunately they turned up a day earlier than agreed which caused a lot of stress and drama. Also we had agreed (on the written contract) we would get a $1 refund on every cartoon returned, but despite repeated communications from me they never paid. Moreover, Pat verbally agreed they would fix an internal wall that they dinged up, but they never did. They were substantially cheaper than alternatives, but definitely not worth it.
