AC technician job

Excellent service freindly and aprochable turned up got the job done really fast!

First off i'll start by saying my dealings with these guys were perfectly pleasant, but the actual service left a lot to be desired. My BMW X3 was not bringing cold air into the cabin with the A/C on which is why I called them. They organised a day and time and then changed it at the last minute (no big deal there). He came to my work to inspect the vehicle and was only working on it for 10 minutes before coming back up to tell me that the refrigerant was full and there must be a fault within the system that would likely require the dash to be pulled apart. I asked him to email this to me so I could get it further investigated which he said he would do. I heard nothing at all, no email, no invoice, nothing. A few days later I took the vehicle to Hutt City Auto Electrical. They confirmed the AC refrigerant was low and re-gassed the system and what do ya know? Cold Air! All for the total cost of $130.
