Driver failed to deliver my package has had it for about 4 days... Gave a call on the Friday and was told I would receive a call and then would receive the package on that day or following... Nothing. No call, no package.

Post man just threw lots of peoples mail into our letter box and the system does not allow us to talk to them...do they think i am going to walk the street and deliver them...what a disgraceful thing to do...levin rural what a mess

Parcel was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Have had no updates on it for the last few days. So disappointing.
