Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The “staffed hours” are a joke as there’s generally no one there during these times, and don’t expect the phones to get answered or emails to be replied to. The gym itself isn’t great either, I’ve cancelled my membership and moved to cityfitness which is cheaper and 100 times better.

You could go to a more supportive, Open, Honest, Kind, welcoming and motivating gym. The snap team always has your best interest at heart and make it there mission to make sure you reach your goals and dreams. You won't regret your decision on joining this gym. There extremely clean gym and shower/changing rooms. All round amazing gym.

I am very upset at one of the employee that works there. He fat shamed my mother,told her she would be able to afford to go to this gym if she stopped eating so much junk food/takeaways. That was very uncalled for and unprofessional. The gym is supposed to be a safe place for bigger people,not a place bigger people are fat shamed. Is that the kind of workers you want working for you?

Was previously a member of city fitness, made the move due to a recommendation by a friend, even though it is small its never packed! Very clean staff excellent, had a PT session with Steffi very knowledgeable and helpful, would definitely recommend!!!

Very clean gym, friendly helpful staff and great value for money. The equipment is almost new and always well maintained. If your looking for a new gym in Nelson this would 100% be the pick of the bunch!

Amazing..Pru is the best, very informative, non judgemental, and helpful in terms of the direction you want to go, I have also signed up for the national membership so when I go north, snap fitness is everywhere 24/7

So dissapointed.. 1 week after signing up I go to the gym and my card won’t let me in! It is during office hours but no body is there and no one answering the phone - my card is suppose to give me 24/7 access - major fail : /
