May 2023A great store. Whether you a doing a full shop or just calling in on the way home from work. The staff are pleasantly filling shelves, keeping the store clean and tidy and serving customers at the checkout.

This store it’s really big insideLots of car parkingNot so busy at the counterFood is fresh at this placeI just feel little not much but little bit costlyThey have nice big space but have limited fruit and veggies section surprisingly they didn’t haveApplesAndOrangesI didn’t look much as was trying to find apples and OrangesAt then at the end I had to compromise with green apples#green limes are $50 per KGs#Limited stock on breads#body wash bottles were kept opened or little bit leakedI will give them 3stars not less as my response is quite not good or not too bad so it’s okay to be fair is may be they will improve these things based on demand

I've been coming to this countdown religiously every single Wednesday dot on 6:30 pm for almost a year now and I've gotten to know some of the workers so well as well as the security guards. They always welcome my daughter and I with open arms to the point where my daughter sees them and yells look mum

A medium to large size countdown that has most of the stuff you need for day today grocery. They do have vegetables section and gluten-free produce too. Has self check out and counters as well. Busy most of the time as it is located inside Westfield shopping mall.

Couldn't find basic things ie., Avocados, Jersey Milk, Lime & Pepper Chips, Organic Wheat Bix, Birthday / Wedding cards and found the cereals very expensive..... Unlike Woolworth in Australia..

In auckland for business off and on for the last three weeks and have used this store to organize my lunches and dinners. I have found it very adequate for my needs and the staff have been very helpful when i have needed it. The aisles although not completely full have had enough products to sort me out. I used the self serve checkouts which are easy to use and had plenty of bags for when i needed to buy extra. There is ample car parking outside and plenty of other shops in the mall. For me its just a short five minute walk away.

Haven't been to a countdown in a while, but this one could use a revamp, particularly in the price integrity department. Found it really hard to find prices for anything as shelf labels didn't match a lot of the products on the shelves, or they were just missing altogether. I do like that countdown stocks higher end products, though. Thankfully, they had eggs on the shelf, but it was a guessing game on pricing again, and none of the eggs in stock were listed on their website.

Great service from Alison at checkouts. She saw that I had a heavy pack of water bottles to carry. She served me and let me find a trolley for it as they had run out of trolleys in the store. An asset to have in your company, as good customer service nowadays is very rare.
