I had taken my phone to Omni Tech in Center Place after having a terrible experience with another phone repair shop. Omni Tech have been amazing to deal with, really fast with communication and very helpful with insurance claim information. The best repair shop I have ever dealt with and will continue to use them for any future tech needs.

Went in, and they did a screen protector.... put on the wrong size, told me the person would be in the next day to redo it. Wasn't there... didn't end up fixing their mistake. Wouldn't go back again

Bought a brand new battery, battery was still not good so went in to see them (im a busy girl and dont have time for this). They said i need to let it go flat and charge it up again, if it doesnt do that within 3 days then come back. (I dont have time to be going in 3 x in a week, i didnt even take my phone in the first time, my friend did)Long story short, phone is still going flat really quickly and needs another battery, wont be purchasing from here.Hit or miss?Miss

Awesome service. Another shop quoted a higher price with a 1 to 2 day delivery. Lovely lady had the screen i needed, fixed my phone in around an hour and at a cheaper price. Saved my sanity and fearing I would need a new phone.

Would not recommend - replaced my glass screen protector and now cannot use my finger print access function to phone. Additionally the speaker of my phone was filled with glue from the job which I have had to remove myself in order to use my phone for calling.

I couldn't answer calls on WhatsApp cause the screen showed absolutely nothing when the phone rang, so I had to wait until the call stopped and then look on the calls icon on WhatsApp to see who had called, and then call them back.Sheetal at Omnitech sorted the problem in less than 5 minutes by adjusting the settings ( too challenging for an old guy like myself) and would not take any money for what she did.Thanks so much, Sheetal!
