Rob McEwan from Retro Renovations Rodney has given me the best service ever, in the decades I've lived on the Coast. He responded within 12 hours of my call, then he promptly arranged to visit my house on the Monday morning to access my rotten hall floor caused from a shower leak. With the challenges of Level 4/3 conditions and the demand on builders, I've been unable to get anyone. He arrived on time, then proceeded to provide a skilled assessment that was thorough (not rushed) explaining what was needed at each repair stage. As an ex-builder himself, his experience and expertise is an added asset. I was more than happy with his quote for estimated costs. Finally, Rob's service exceeded well beyond fixing my floor and shower. He had the forethought to find a way to replace my damaged and well worn carpet from the generosity of a donor, again demonstrating outstanding communication skills and taking extra time and care. His customer service has been outstanding. I would go no further and wouldn't look anywhere else than Retro Renovations, for anything I need in the future.

Dealing with Rob and his team for our kitchen and laundry renovation was an absolute pleasure. Rob's co ordination of the sub trades was superb, often having to deal with changes at short notice. Any queries were responded to and followed up immediately.
