Wonderful service from Shelley at House of Travel in Mount Maunganui. Shelley arranged travel to and from the UK for me. She gave me great advice, keeping in touch over the days and weeks following the booking. I felt very safe knowing she was just a phone call away if needed - very reassuring in these difficult times. I can't commend her highly enough! Thank you Shelley.

It was our first time using a travel agency and will 100% be booking with Stephanie at house of travel again! The whole process was made so much easier with her organising and sending us any information that we needed to know, most of which hadn’t crossed our minds. She was available whenever we had any questions and helped us when our luggage was left behind at an airport. So good at her job!

Shelley arranged our travel tickets and Insurance to Rarotonga/ Aitutaki and kept up good communication all the way through.When lockdown happened in New Zealand (while we were over there in Aitutaki) Tanya contacted us by phone and email with some options and recent Air New Zealand information.On Shelley's recommendation, we came home two days earlier than planned with new tickets sorted and connecting flight and shuttle in NZ arranged for us.Great service and back up... especially in these uncertain times.Thank you Shelley and Tanya for your support. Esther organised 2 fabulous trips for our family to Australia prior to covid19. Such quality hotels and tours. Esther helped my daughter and I plan a fantastic trip to Vietnam which has unfortunately been cancelled. She was very helpful and informative throughout the process. When the time comes that we can travel overseas again we will definitely be booking through Esther and HOT. Thanks

I've used HOT Mount Maunganui for my travel plans for the past few years and have always found the service outstanding. I was supposed to fly to Australia next week but the government have cancelled all flights, Shelley contacted me immediately with the update. House of Travel Mount [Shelley Rich] was just incredible, going above and beyond organising my trip to Europe including eight flights. Unfortunately just before leaving NZ went into lockdown and everything was cancelled. Shelley's support was just outstanding. She organised a refund for all my booked flights, she kept me constantly updated with the latest travel news, it was absolutely AMAZING. I just can't recommend her and her team, highly enough. We recently went on a trip to Queenstown and booked through house of travel mount Maunganui. We worked with Tanya and Shelly and both ladies were amazing!! We were meant to fly from Auckland but due to level 4 conditions for Auckland we had to change this last minute and they worked so hard for us to find the best flights at the best rate! We were so happy with the outcome and would 100% work with them again in the future for any upcoming trips!! Highly recommend :)

We recently travelled Australia, our first overseas trip since Covid-19, and we booked it through Tanya and the team at House of Travel. Booking through a travel agent turned out highly beneficial for us navigating the new normal in travel.Tanya was able to advise us of all the things we needed to know, including all the forms that needed filling out, before we left.
