Wilson Parking - SAP Tower Car Park

I wish I could give this company negative stars - I have never dealt with a more arrogant corrupt company in my life. Was 5 minutes late on a $35 2hr paid parking, was charged $65 fine that I appealed online as per their process. Was waiting for a reply and then they said i had missed a payment deadline, went up to $85, I refused to pay until I could speak to someone from the company, now been handed over to debt collectors for $120!!!!! Still haven't spoken to anyone, still no resolution, this was for 5 minutes over a paid parking at wynard quarter. How is this even legal? How can Auckland council allow this kind of behaviour? Absolutely despicable. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES, LIARS and PURILE INCOMPETENTS.

I choose this car park thinking it wouldn't be as expensive as Tournament, & usually Wilson are not expensive. To my horror when I paid for my park, 3 hours $45!!! Why is it so expensive?? I phoned the 0800 number who reckoned there was a sign displaying the parking charge rates, (I couldn't see one when I was there). I also let a fellow parker know how much I had just been charged to forewarn her. She also obviously didn't see any sign of the rates, aghast at the charge.

We have used parking at Welinghton in front of the museum by this company. Sorry, but this company totally sucks!!! Just two machines for a big parking place - what??? Also the instructions how to pay are definitely written to pay more than you need! There was information that you can pay for a 1 hour, 12 hours and 24 hours. But in reality you could pay for every extra 4 hours and nobody said that in instructions! No-one in queue did the payment in less than 8 minutes due the absolutely not under-stable instructions how to pay! Pleas, write the instructions fully and clearly! We have felt robbed. Shame NZ!!!

If at all possible, DO NOT use Wilson Parking.I've used Tournament Parking for a very long time but the ownership of the parking changed to Wilson a few months ago.I decided to continue parking there since it was a convenient location. Big mistake.They had introduced new rules which stopped me from removing my vehicle after 12am unless I coughed up $50.00 removal fee.They also had an occasion where their machine would not accept my card. I did everything within my power to renew my ticket (and after 45 minutes I managed). During that 45 minutes they had fined me. I paid for the extra time I had stayed and sent them an appeal explaining my situation.Nope. You'll receive no favors, even if you're an honest customer trying to do the right thing. They denied my appeal even when their broken machine was clearly at fault.I will gladly use other parking facilities much further away than give my money to these scum.

If you are thinking of parking at a Wilson carpark BEWARE and read our recent experience. My partner and I were booked in at a restaurant in Shortland Street, so I chose to use the Wilson’s Carpark at number 51 Shortland Street. However I was concerned about the 10.00 PM closing time, so rang the customer service number 3755056 and spoke to Tony. I specifically asked him about the 10PM closing and informed him that we would return to pick up the vehicle after 10PM closing and how that would work. Tony told me that as long as I had my ticked, I could ring them and they would open the gate and let me out. Well I returned just before 11PM, rang the number and was informed there would be a $96 release fee. I had to end up getting a taxi back to Stanmore Bay and return the next morning to pick up my vehicle. Tony you need to get your facts right and perhaps need retraining, you cost me a lot of money and caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my partner. Had I been told this I would not have parked there. So if you are thinking of parking in this carpark beware that you could be slapped with a $96 fee or catch a cab home.

I have never dealt with a company before that has treated its customers with such contempt. I had a monthly park with Wilson Parking which they oversold, on average 3 times a week I would have to call up to be redirected to another Wilson Park (often further from my office). I never received an apology, the best I got was an offer to transfer me to another Car Park (further from my office) with a transfer fee & higher monthly payment.

.I parked in the Hobson st car park today, as an early bird at 8:15 this morning. I knew it was going to be a long day so I made sure to check what time I had to be out, i was told by staff member it was $22 till 8pm and $6.50 every half hour after! So I was exceptionally annoyed when I got back to pay for my parking at 8:30pm to find out it's actually cost me $48.50!! Absolute f'in joke! Have I known those 30 mins we're going to cost me $30 instead of $6.50 I would have got back earlier

Don't! I can't recommend long term parking with Wilson. My monthly parking fee has been increased four times within the past 2 years (by 70%). Explanations were poor, like, we needed to install a new coin machine" (for which I obviously have no use as long term parker)

Horrible Horrible Horrible..!!! There is no other word for the customer service from this company.. Been trying to contact them for 2-days now and the operator keeps transferring to someone who does not even work with them any more..!!!I Finally had a call from a lovely lady there who took the initiative to respond after numerous calls and efforts.I am a corporate client and own 3 hotels and lease several car-parks from Tournament car-park, which about 6-months ago was taken over by Wilson Parking..!! Not sure where they are lacking but you guys need to take some serious steps to overhaul your service or you will end up loosing all contracts.Thank you Natasha for assisting me and hope the matters get resolved sooner than later.

I have no idea how this company's operation isn't illegal. Within a couple of months using one of their carparks they are already putting up the price, with no pedestrian access to the road, you have to risk you life when there are clear signs you can't go up the vehicle ramp as a pedestrian.I have also purchased monthly parking from them with a fix spot, almost every day the park was taken because their sign kept falling down or didn't exist, the carpark was full which meant I had to park elsewhere with no discount/refund for this service. I wouldn't recommend this parking place to anyone, unfortunately it isn't a option for most people who work in the city.
