Ru and her team are simply outstanding! It seems rare to receive truly exceptional care at a more than reasonable price. I had a 30 year phobia of dentists - no more! A saintly legend in my opinion. Thank you so much!

I am writing this review using my Sister in law's account.I am Sharon Alderson from Hamilton. I was visiting at Waikanae Beach and broke my temporary crownRu was able to fit me in the next day and I was really impressed with the friendliness and care shown to me by all of the staff. If you are new to the area and need to find a new dentist I can highly recommend Ru at the Raumati Dental Centre.Thank you for making a potentially uncomfortable holiday enjoyable with no tooth sensitivity or pain

I am a nervous wreck going to the dentist because of past bad experiences- like I mean, I shake, cry-serious anxiety!Ru is amazing! So kind and caring but also a seriously great dentist. I just had a tooth pulled this morning, in what felt like less than 10 seconds. I'm moving my whole family over to Ru

Had Ru do braces for me 3 years ago and she took them off only after 5 months with a huge gap between my from teeth which inevitably they’ve slanted back together going crooked again as the chain was placed on teeth that because they had the gap it just kept breaking a good 5 times (not exaggerating).This was then brought to Ru’s attention that the teeth are going crooked again and that there was still glue residue from the brackets left on the teeth also causing decay on outside of teeth and inside. She then was quite rude and just said would you rather me take it all off so everything goes back to the way it was.Since then I’ve swapped dentists and have been dealing with mass fillings underneath the glue holding the chain on the back of the teeth as the bond was just patched on without thought of gaps underneath causing massive decay and now having to find another orthodontist to possibly redo everything after alrdy spending over 5k for these so called braces.I understand Ru was doing her best but it’s now been 3 years and I’m still having major issues that have made my teeth worst health wise than they were to start with. There’s been no apology and when confronted she got defensive and rude.

Ru is a wonderful and caring dentist. She educates you about your teeth and is extremely knowledgeable.Ru has the highest dental qualifications and is a Doctor of Dentistry.I have seen many dentists before and none come anywhere near Ru for the level of care provided.Highly recommend Ru.

Dr Ru was excellent, by far the best dentist I've ever been to, she was kind and caring and made lite work of a tricky extraction. All the staff I delt with were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Ru is an amazing dentist with a lot of compassion and understanding. Highly recommend for people who are worried about being judged or not getting all the information needed. Ru is going to take awesome care of you, explain what needs to be done and added bonus is that you can watch TV while she works on your teeth - good distraction for people like me who are bit nervous about dentist appointments.

I was blown away by the excellent service of Dr Ru Ibrahim. I came in for emergency dental service and received excellent care. I have lived all around the world and I can easily say she may be the kindest dentist I have ever seen.Unfortunately, one of the front desk women is horrendously unprofessional and rude.

This dental center is great. However I recommend you go to any other dentist EXCEPT Elena Lazarus . Have had major issues since she did a filling. And she won't take responsibility for it. Over the past year I have had to come back and forth due to this tooth... I haven't been able to chew on this side since.I had no issue with it in the first place but she said it needed a filling. She did not take any xrays so was unaware how deep it was. While she was attending my tooth, she did not give me any numbing whatsoever. I was jumping in my seat in pain but she carried on and didn't offer any pain relief. My tooth now needs a root canal $2000, which she refuses to take responsibility for. Be weary of what dentist you choose. I have been seeing another Dentist in that practice, Ru who has been amazing in trying to help me but there is only so much she can do. Unfortunately I'm now stuck with this problem.
