Being using Hnry for a month. I find it very useful and presenting your business information in a clear way. I enjoy the 24 hour availability of the information. If I can resolve an issue via email I find the Hnry callback system for a phone conversation very handy.

Hnry was recommended to me by my colleagues who work in the mental health sector as counsellors and psychotherapists. I have used it myself for a few weeks now and I do find it gives me peace of mind. Their customer service is generally pretty good. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because at the financial year end they appeared to be short staffed and took a while to get back to me which is when I was the most anxious for obvious reasons. Hnry charges me more than my accountant used to but it takes out a huge amount of the hassle and work from me so I think it's worth it.

I find HNRY to be a competent and helpful partner in my contracting work. They do their best to make the paperwork achievable and straightforward. The admin task is less daunting than it was. It takes me less time to do the billing and keep track of the expenses. Very happy with the service provided.

I have already been seeing ads about HNRY even before I became a sole trader. I was sold when a friend of mine said that he was actually using them for their accounting services and it made it much easier for him to manage his taxes as a sole trader. It is so very easy to set up, and I absolutely love the fact that they are so easily accessible with their chat and messaging function. Of course they are not available 24/7, but they do reply efficiently during work hours. If there is anything you do not understand, they are also very accommodating to answer your questions. Easy way to enter expenses, wonderful invoicing features, and consistent reminders on filing that is due. I believe they offer so much value for the amount that you pay for their service.
