Poor customer service experience. Ended up having to make 2 trips to Mecca in one day because of bad information from staff at Sylvia Park. Went to Newmarket in an attempt to get the situation fixed. Staff offered no fix. Taking my dollars elsewhere. Everything fine as long as you don’t need any help outside of the norm. Products frequently out of stock everywhere even online which is a joke considering the prices. Don’t waste your time breath or dollars shop at Sephora and google dupes.

Great store. Lovely selection of skincare and makeup. My 13 year old loves it. Just difficult to get someone to help me find something suitable for me (foundation in this case) - have had the same issue in all Mecca stores, but maybe that is because I'm not a gorgeous young teenager? I do, however, have more disposable income!

Horrible customer service. Not impressed by how the 2 blonde ladies standing and just chatting near the perfume section, one of them clearly saw me looking for someone to assist me but just quickly turned and ignored me, didn't even knowledge me whatsoever. Did not bother asking for help from the 2, they were 2 busy chatting about their personal lives which is good for them.Grateful to that Indian and Phillipino girls that helped me with what I was looking for.Felt abit of racism, which is actually really sad and Disgusting because the products sold at Mecca are really good for my skin type.

Love all the workers at new market Mecca but I’d especially like to recognise Sophie she wear glasses. She was probablyThe most helpful worker with the best customer service I’ve come across and took the time to help me and my friend shade match and show us a few recommendations of good products to use she was also a very down to earth person and lovely to talk to definitely will come back to her for help :)

I went to your store last night and it was such a lovely experience. Every staff member treated me as though I was the most important customer they’d had all day, even though it was almost closing time. Ming spent a lot of time with me and gave such good advice, and found products to suit exactly what I had asked for, as well as extra samples to try - she is fabulous! I will absolutely be back.

Helpful staff, a lady with beautiful eyes recommended revitalizing eyelashes, helped with blue mascara. Unfortunately $85 was too expensive, so left it. Thank you

My daughter and I, had an amazing experience. Greeted as soon as we entered the store, and we were lucky enough to have Ruby as my daughters make up artist. It's the small things that matter the most, like being offered water. Ruby was awesome, she listened to what we wanted. She explained each step of the process, provided us with some great tips and advice and overall just a great experience. Thanks Ruby!

Got sold a used product a week before from Sylvia and was told I had to wait for the manager to contact me. Till this day she never did. Called customer service and they said to go to my nearest store which is Newmarket. Explained the situation like 5 times to the disgusting manager Millie and that I wanted to exchange it for a unused one and she started yelling I swapped the product. If I swapped it I wouldn't have called customer service and I would just make a full return instead. Millie literally started screaming to me obviously you've bought this years ago and now you're trying to swap it
