Not only was B-Waka late on the same job twice when we received it, it did not have all of the holes shown. We then spent another 5hrs rectifying it! The owner said the holes would have been extra even though shown on their quote and offered $50?! Really poor communication, obviously didn't have capacity to do the job in the first place and couldn't keep to their own delivery date. We won't be using again we can't afford to deal with people who make such mistakes and expect the customer to bear the cost with little care at all!

Thanks to Param for always getting product completed quickly. Great to see a small company go from strength to strength.
