Friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable staff members, and stock most electrical items in store; though not as much as their competitor. Opens on saturdays, though their hour is very limited. Parking spaces are plenty which make it a pleasure to visit, compared to their competitor.

I bought a push button dimmer from here in October.a few months later it went faulty. So I took it back to get a refund (along with the plate/cover that it goes with. I was disgusted the woman wouldn't refund the plate/cover as I had opened and used it. she said she couldn't sell it used. How was I to know that it would go faulty... She said I could use it for something I have around the house, well I didn't have anything that was compatible so I ended up leaving it in the shop.The refund was returned back to the original card used and by habit I pressed ''credit'' when in fact I originally paid by ''cheque account''.Good job cory's will be out of pocket a few dollars (visa surcharge) serves them right.I still got my full refund minus the $10 for that wall plate.... which was in good condition I bet she will still try and sell it given I just left it at the shop.Will not return here.
