Rubbish travel agent!!! Their client stayed with us on Aug. The guest did extend his booking with us directly during his stay. We informed the guest that he must be contact his travel agent to emial us an updated voucher for his extra nigh. We did receive the updated voucher. However, a month later the travel agent called us said the guest did not stay for the extra night and they have no any records at their end that the booking been extended. They refused to pay for the booking. We have all the details in our system the booking been extended and also the updated voucher sent from travel agent. We are 100% sure the guest stayed the extra night. They are unreliable and untrustworthy travel agent.
