I ordered limousine pizza for our work mates at work. The pizza arrived half cooked presentation was not appetizing very limited stuffing on pizza. Rang back to replace order. When the gut came to replace the order hw showed huge tantrum of why pizza was missing. We have about 10 staff working today and when they picked the pizza it was half cooked so had to throw in the rubbish bin. The way the guy behaved towards us was rude and thought we were lying did he want us to pick up pizza from the rubbish bin. Pathetic attitude not even a sorry. We paid money and expect 100% quality product and staff from your end should be friendly and always willing to help in need. This guy needs to do some course on how to deal with customers.Poor service and once complained got even more worse.

Never anyone at the front all you hear is people talking away in the back, knowing full well people are in the front either waiting to order or waiting to pick up. Everytime I go there I have to call out just for someone to come out even when staff can clearly see people waiting. Definitely need to work on their customer service skills/service. Note i am a regular because it's closest to my home.

Don't know what the big idea was to give us pizzas with NO base sauces and when we tried to call up to find out, couldn't be reached. Called multiple times and nothing. Not happy at all. Who the hell gets pizza without the base sauce and is satisfied ? Not to mentioned, most of the toppings were only in the middle so a fair ways out there was just dry crust on both pizzas. If I could give zero stars I would.

At what point does your delivery drivers illegally parking in a disability parking space right outside your shop make it ok?I'm disabled and have a valid permit, and needed the parking space this morning to get into a shop near your store, but one of your drivers was illegally parked there. It is illegal for anyone to park in a mobility parking space without a valid permit - I strongly urge you to convey this to your drivers. Next time he does it, I'll block him in and call a tow truck.

Useless and unprofessional.It takes 7 steps to get to this shop number and they hardly answer.When they answer they look uninterested. The woman behind the phone took my order and didn't even ask for my name! I asked her : don't you need my name for the order? Yes what's your name? And when I went to pick up my order they had no idea about the order!Utterly annoying, avoid them.

I'm not one to leave a bad comment but. I was the only one in store quiting for 3 pizzas and a garlic bread. It took 25 minutes.When I went into the store to pick it up no one was at the counter and I had to say hello" a couple of times before someone came.When I got my food the garlic bread was still cold in the middle and I had to go back to the store and they just said oh

The worst service & pathetic staff ever. I placed an online order and reached exactly at the pick up time and was told that your order is coming. Every 5 minutes the same dialogue “ your order is coming”After asking multiple time the staff didn’t seem to bother at all.. then i called for the outlet manager and then the staff told that she has put the pizzas just now.. which is 30 mins after my pickup time.What a mess! Worst experience!! Poor staff!!!

I ordered at Manurewa 2 pizza Peperoni and Hawaian for pick up. i waited long even if it was advance ordered. When i reached home to my surprised, i received both Hawaiian. When i called their number it will only tell me it’s unavailable.Such a bad service. If you are busy, add more people. This is not acceptable. I cant go back to return as i have kids at home. My kids are all disappointed as i ordered (supposed) their favorite flavor.
