Just wanted to say how wonderful this service was. We ended up on the wrong bus at the Bridge Pa Wine Festival in Hawkes Bay and Nimon corrected the mistake promptly and with compassion. Thank you so much for sending special transport for the 5 of us to get home safely!

A good company with exceptional drivers, especially the school bus drivers.

I took my 72 yr old uncle to the Dixie Chicks last night & used your shuttle service from Anderson Park. Going to the concert was fine but coming back was a total debacle. There was one sign that said VIP but there wasn't anyone there saying that was the spot to be. The buses seemed to be stopping all over the place. Just when we thought we'd found the spot they'd stop somewhere else so no one knew where to stand. There simply weren't enough buses to cope and no direction or marshaling in place.Finally we gave up, along with hoards of other people & walked the 3.5kms back to Anderson Park. At 72yrs of age in the dark and being from out of town we hoped we were following the right people.Nimon had run out of wrist bands & had sold paper tickets so you knew you were over selling the numbers. You should have stopped selling tickets instead of greedily selling more & more knowing you didn't have enough buses to cope.Given Nimons charged $10 per person for this non existent service they made mega dollars & didn't deliver.Not impressed !!Carolyn
