Deep End Spa and Pool

EDIT* I bought product from Nick who has his receptionist Tash sell it on his behalf.Once home the product buckled and distorted, now rendered completely useless. I contacted them for a refund to resolve this and was told Nick will not take responsibility. This is unacceptable, and bad for business. Very dishonest people to deal with. $500 down the DRAIN!***Deep End are so dishonest they have now deleted the review system on Facebook to hide my reviews.Then posted lies in their response (seen below).This was Not a personal trade, I paid into Deep Ends business bank account. This product was not sold as second hand & is news to be. I have been to the police and filed a report, I am within my legal rights and will be taking Deep End to small claims court. You cannot hide the truth, you ripped me off. Do the decent thing and refund me!

Tash is so helpful and always keeps me up with the latest simple plans for our spa pool. Save me lots of time and money and love that they are always available to help with any concerns.

Great store with great staff.Went in looking for a part for an ancient spapool and Nick had a dig in his box of tricks and came up with the bits to fix the problem. He gave me a sharp deal and some very good advice to go with it. Friendly, fast and efficient - thanks Nick & Tash 10/10 !

This bombardment of negative reviews is a disgusting use of the Google review system, you're actively harming a company that has nothing to do with your personal situation.It's dishonest sabotage of a company that has otherwise been given favorable reviews by honest people, your vitriol has no place insulting a commendable business.Your own mistakes cannot be held as accountable for bad service, do your research and dont blame others.

Had a wire meant to be replaced on a spa pump heater only relaced 2 inches of 10 inches left exsposed wires pump wnt for a day then shorted out not impressed 17 bucks for and inch of wire and 45 bucks labour... stay clear as this is not a safe practice...never again

HI I was a greatful potential customer and can't believe faulty goods were sold to a customer and the fact that the customer was dismissed by deep end shows poor customer care and bad character so on that note I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you kahma for your review I hope deep end rectifies their atrocious actions and compensates you accordingly as it would show good character to potential customers like myself. Shame on you deep end!!!!!
