I had a consultation with Dr Sam today for filler and Botox, I’ve never had either before so I was rather apprehensive. I was so very pleased that he listened to what my concerns were, provided solutions to my concerns and didn’t try to sell or upsell me treatments or products that I don’t need. He provided honest guidance and advice to ensure natural results - he has won my trust!

I was so impressed from the moment of my initial consultation with Palm Clinic. I chose Palm Clinic because their website purported to have a natural approach to beauty enhancement - you want people to notice there's an improvement in your appearance, without people quite knowing why that is. The staff are incredibly professional and personable. As a client I feel recognised as an individual, and I have never felt uncomfortable about being open about discussing budget verses what I wish to achieve. I honestly, highly recommend Palm Clinic.

Quality services and excellent patient care. Location is great, easy parking right outside. This clinic has a range of technologies to treat most cosmetic concerns - Dr. Sam Dunn is excellent, very knowledgeable and makes sure you're comfortable. I was in great hands!

I had treatment at the Palm Clinic for varicose veins and spider veins on my legs. I have been so happy with the results - my legs look a lot better, and I've had almost no pain or discomfort from the treatments. I was very nervous, but now I'm glad that I had it done. The doctors are lovely, honest, professional and supportive.

Sam, Mary, Maya and the crew have been taking care of me for about 10 weeks now. I initially visited Palm Clinic for a consultation about some pain, swelling and bumps in my left leg. Ultrasound showed the varicosity was advanced in my right leg as well. The Admin team put together a thorough treatment plan involving radio frequency ablation and sclerotherapy. They took into account my busy schedule and finances and dealt with my health insurer. The result was radio frequency ablation and sclerotherapy over 4 short sessions and compression stockings followed by a 30 min walk on amazing Ohinerau Mt Hobson nearby afterwards. If you are considering treatment…go for it! You will be in great hands…can recommend some comfortable shoes and a soft pillow under your legs when resting too. Palm Clinicians understand clients and exceed expectations on every level. Thanks sincerely!

Love this place. Not only are they leaders in their field but they are so incredibly helpful. I have 3 children under 5 and no one to help me with them but I was still able to attend all my appointments because nothing is too hard for them. They watched the children while I had my treatment and this meant the world to me. They are amazing! So welcoming!
