Thoroughly recommend Trail Journeys, they were fantastic to deal with, bikes were in great condition and the trails were great to ride on. Recommend Tunnels and Viaducts! When one of our riders had to quit before the end of the trail, they were picked up no dramas and staff were really kind and made sure everyone was doing ok. Our whole family very glad we did the bike ride and very grateful to the whole Trail Journeys team for making it such an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely loved our 3 day trip. Trail Journeys did a great job creating our itinerary, choosing brilliant accomodation and looking after everything. With two teens in tow we had a great experience and we all loved discovering this wonderful landscape this way.

This is our second trip with Trail Journeys - they organised a bespoke tour for our group of 14. - they are very reliable and friendly with excellent staff & bikes. They booked us into great accommodation as well, Some outstanding service from Michelle in the office and Paddy one of our drivers plus all the other Trail Journeys staff. We will be back

Trail Journeys must be one of the most professional and commited organisations I have ever dealt with. There planning was faltless. They were friendly and welcoming and the information and the bikes were first class. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Hint: Do the Lake Dunstan trip in 2 days that allows for more sightseeing and wineries. If you're a beginner do the rail trail first to get used to the bike. Get a NZ simcard if your from out of the country. Take a first aid kit. Lake Dunstan and Roxberough Gorge are both challenging. Take it slow. Dave & Judy Rhodes West Haven NSW

Totally recommend Trail Journeys! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great bikes complete with panniers, awesome accommodation booked on our behalf and awesome service - just a phone call away. Even came and swapped one bike when the mud had affected the gears. 100% would use them again!!!!

Friendly and helpful service from the Trail journey team. Bikes in very good condition, even comes with a saddle bag Amazing cycle way around the clutha river. It is helpful if you are fit as some good hills to climb, otherwise opt for an ebike. Finished with a trail journey minibush transfer from Clyde to Cromwell.

Trail Journeys - Central Otago
Trail Journeys planned and booked everything for our Otago Central Rail Trail adventure - bike hire, accommodation, luggage transfers and shuttle transfers at either end. They did this at short notice too. Everything went perfectly without a hitch. We’d used them before on other trips and will definitely come back - we recommend them.Special thanks to John, our planner, who pulled everything together so well and so quickly.
