Staff were nice but i wasn’t able to test any of the perfumes that were locked in the cabinets

This store has multiple useless pharmacists on a powertrip who are very condescending and patronizing. In particular a male thinking he knows best and requesting a prescription for a Dr advised non prescription female medication item, along with 30 minute + wait time for any prescription on multiple visits. (This comment is not applicable to the guy with a moe who is the only 5 star pharmacist at this location. He knows how to treat someone seeking medical advice / products and gives great customer service). The rest of the pharmacists and store staff are constantly aimlessly running around and not able to help in any way - locate their shop floor shelved products (it took over 30 minutes of waiting for a member who simply disappeared when asked where an item was in the store leading me to eventually ask someone else), stock their shelves (would rather leave baskets or boxes of stock on the floor isle ready for you to trip over) and staff who prefer to run to their colleagues and gossip about their customer discussions / interactions or comment based on how their customer looked rather than do the job they are there to do. Immature and toxic high school vibes from a seemingly unknowledgable bunch. Qualifications out of cereal boxes with no prior working experience is clear.If you want to feel comfortable in health discussions / confident in seeking advice of new medications, receive atleast a basic level of customer service, wait 5-15 minutes for a prescription, or a few minutes for a product to be located on the shop floor... then seek another store location as this one has gone down hill very fast. I will be changing from this pharmacy following today's interactions and disgraceful service, which was the final straw.

I like chemist warehouse generally but this place is my local, and the last few times I've been ive been overcharged for prescriptions (e.g. charged for 3 refills of melatonin when I'm only paying and collecting one at $18 a pop made to come back with no apology to get a refund). Most recently yesterday when I bought some products, the checkout clerk forgot to put one item in my bag before handing it to me; I wasn't paying much attention so went home without something I paid for.After these few occasions recently, I feel like I have to make sure they haven't overcharge me or made some kind of crucial mistake each time I go now. At no other retailer would this be considered acceptable or without reason for apology.Ive now tried calling them 5 times but noones answering so will probably yet again drive out there to fix their mistake. I really want to love this place as a high prescription user, but it's simply poor practise and not a sign of empathy for it.

Keep buying things from there since 2020. I thought they were good. However, Today I find that they don’t care about their customer.I have purchased a box of vitamin c from them on the 4th march 2023, when I get home I find that the Expiry date is very soon. Therefore I bring it back with the receipt ask to exchange it to a box of vitamin c which is not expiry soon.However, the staffs told me that they can’t change it for me. Because they can’t sell it again.Just let you know, that, One of your loyalty customer I who spending about $300 monthly I your shop in the past 3 years is not coming back.In addition, for every one who is buying things from there. Have a look the expiry date before you purchase it. Because they are selling expiring items and their staffs are not going to refund or exchange it for you once you paid your money.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your great service. Every time I've been in to pick up repeats for my mother, I've never had to wait any longer than five minutes.And the Dispensary Staff are just wonderful.

The best selections and prices. I always smell so good thanks to the chemist warehouse. Also, they have some nice bath bombs.

Very large outlet with ample parking right outside. Staff are generally friendly but there’s usually not enough staff at the cashier counter. If you know what you’re looking for things here can be much cheaper than the chemist in the city center. Plus the selection is just unbeatable.

Not a good service zone.Asked one of the staff to find an expiry date on the kids tooth paste box. She couldn't. I wanted to open the box and check in on the tube because I already paid for it. The staff grabbed my hand and said that they do not allow to open it. It is rude to touch customers.

Staff in dispensary condescending and seem to be on a power trip at my last and only visit after a hospital discharge . only 2 chairs to sit in whilst the awful wait. I predict theee script count at will go down once the free scripts for all comes in and everyone can afford service at a real community pharmacy. Shop staff and lovely and obliging and smile.

Wonderful service and Pleasant!!! even though they could be busy at times.
