Awesome place to get the mighty hurricanes supporters gears. I saw Dane coles around there too. Trying to be inconspicuous lol I see you Dane, peek a boo hahahaaa.

Nice clean store. Only had a floor model of what we wanted but wouldn't sell it, expected us to wait 2-3 weeks (sorry guys but most things travel within the island in 1 or 2 days!). Sales staff were more worried about their phones than customers.

Well stocked but have to wait around for help and feel like you are an inconvenience asking to see things locked away. Know products before you go instead of expecting help and knowledge.

Went for the sale. Lots of empty shelves. Male and female shoes all mixed up. Open and empty boxes all over. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Great deals on all sports gear

Great store found all blacks gear and 10% off store wide. Staff were great and very cheerful. Definately would go back to coastlands Rebel sports.

Update on my 1star review due to a change of staff and help recently. Greated by upbeat friendly staff and assistance from both Todd and fantastic help from Peter who really went out of his way to track down footwear for us.2016:Terrible staff felt like we were bothering them not one person asked if we needed help if I didn't really need the products I'd have gone else where.

Ordered some shoes for click and collect and was promised same day pick up. When I went to the store in the evening, the order was not there. As I was only passing through and couldn't pick up the order another day. I had to cancel the order. Staff at Rebel Sports Coastland was absolutely no help and just said I need to call customer service.So I called customer service waited on hold 30min only to be told I have to call again when the order has arrived it can't be refunded at this stage.Zero stars for customer service.

I got my daughter a pair of converse shoes 109 days ago for school. They have started to come apart on one of the shoes. I went to take them back today, with the receipt. First I was told that I wouldn't be able to swap them for a new pair as the manager wasn't in. I was told to come back tomorrow. I wasn't able to go back there as I wasn't a local. I said how I just wanted to replace them and couldn't understand what the problem was. He then told me to wait while he got another member of staff. She came over and told me that because they were older than 3 months, I wouldn't be able to get another pair. She then said that they had been submerged in water and that they were badly worn ???? I was so frustrated at the response and accusation that I said that I was going to take the matter further. She shut the box pushed it at me and said go ahead " and walked off. I was shocked at her attitude. I asked the other girl who was at the till for the name of the rude person and she refused to tell me lol what a joke !!!! I'm never going there again !!!!"
