Mapua Health Centre

Recently moved to the area from central.otago ... cant speak highly enough of the doctors and excellent nurses... we feel we are valued as patients and so appreciate the extra mile the doctors go to ... lovely friendly reception team who also are extremely helpful..

Great customer service often from the doctors here. However, phone reception a bit more variable: given short shrift by Sharon. Felt a little impatience in the conversation, like I was on the phone too long for her :0(

Some of the worst service you could possibly think of. The admin staff are rude and horrible, and the nurses are barely competent. I rang up asking about a perscription and the lady that answered the phone told me that because I wasn't registered with them there was no way I could have a perscription. This makes absolutely no sense because I wasn't registered with them when I got the original perscription. So not only did she not know what she was talking about, she was also one of the rudest people I've ever come into contact to. She was constantly moaning and groaning over the phone like a child. I will do my very best to never step foot in this health centre again.The only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because of Doctor Andre Bonny. He was very nice and understanding when I saw him, and explained things in a very clear manner. I hope he gets to work at some place better in the future.

really bad service and rude not friendly treated my family all terrible including today after they told us to pop in and we have all left mapua health now
