Plumbquick - Plumbing, Hot Water, Drain Unblocking, Leak Repairs - Auckland Wide

I've used plumbquick a couple of times now. Firstly for post flooding. Arrived at our place within a couple of hours. Sean was professional and courteous and identified the issues quickly. The second time for rebuilding post flood. Paul arrived on time, worked well with our builder and got everything we needed done efficiently and with superb customer service. We'll need them back again and highly recommend them

Plumb quick indeed!, I needed to replace a toilet in one of my bathrooms, when I called Plumbquick to get an estimate, Plumbquick sent a tradesman in less than an hour and he quoted a reasonable amount for the toilet replacement. I accepted the quote and started the work next morning. Cameron was professional and on time. Did an excellent job. I highly recommend Plumbquick.

I called Plumbquick this morning after waiting 4 days for another plumbing company. They were fast, efficient, and polite. The plumber Cameron rang to say he would be here in 15 minutes and was finished my blocked handbasin in 30 minutes. He did a great job, would recommend Cameron and Universal Plumbing. Thank you.

Called them after suspecting a leak. Great initial phone call, helpful staff at that end answered my questions, asked a few of their own, and worked around my schedule to have someone attend. No problem.A couple days later, after I'd completely forgotten about the appointment, I got a cheerful call asking if I was home yet. Was out doing the school run, and still at least 45 minutes away. No problem.He arrived minutes before I did, had a bit of a chat about the whats, whens, and ,whys, and got straight to work. Kept me informed on what was going on as he looked for the leak. When he found it, the fix was quick, neat, and both the cause and the fix were explained when he was finished. No problem.Courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. Would easily recommend.

Great service all round. The tradesman (sorry forgot his name) was both friendly and professional. He gave me a full run down of what he believed the most likely issue was with my shower leak and how he would go about fixing it. He happily answered all my questions and seem highly knowledgeable of his trade.His work was both quick and tidy looking. After completing the job, he explained when the shower could be used again and what to look for to ensure that the issue was resolved. I Would highly recommend this company.

I had a really old hot water cylinder that was leaking, called and had a booking with Zane in Christchurch, to sort out situation, very quickly. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Excellent communication. Within a hour he had sourced a cylinder and returned to fit it. He took great care when removing old one, and once new one was in place he refitted the wooden cupboard with a fabulous result. He cleaned up very well, after job done. Highly recommend this tradesman and firm. AAA+++

The plumber came and did a great job. Before the job even started, they called and told us what is needed to repair and what they need to do. Even tho the end result was not prefect but they advise us there is a very small leak but they could not locate it. At least they are very straight forward with the result. No hidden fees or results. They sent us the bill and it was a reasonable amount given the time and labouring they spent with the job. Highly recommended.
