Halfway eating through my sub, I realised the lack of beef, vegetables etc. no tomatoes, spinach, beetroot. Just real pathetic pieces of thin onions..carrots. It affirmed my decision of why I don’t come to this subway branch. Never coming again, as they proved to be disappointing once again.

They got one sandwich wrong (size AND no cheese), the other one had the wrong sauce and a missing cookie.The opening hours are not updated on google so watch out.Terrible, never had this experience in a subway, very disappointing...

Although place is convenient for me as I work across the road, the service is either too slow or too fast. It is usually packed especially during lunch times so when you have a slow worker, it drags for too long and you have to repeat yourself. However when you have the fast worker (the islander lady), I like how she remembers your order but she’s so rude and never smiles especially when you try to add something to your order. She like either ignores you or bluntly answers. I only like to be served by the owner, he seems like the only genuine worker there. On top of that coffee is always out of order. Please do better

Subway always advertise as a healthy meal. Does it? Anyway..... I enjoyed the friendly service. She was very nice and kept saying thank you to every customer. I ordered the foot long meat ball with extra avocado. Haha.... forgot to take the photo. The meat ball was acceptable. Didn't add salt or pepper as I am conscious about my health.

Customer service at this location is shocking! The employee would not listen to what I was saying at all and was putting whatever she wanted on MY sandwich. I asked for spinach, she piles on lettuce. I ask for carrot, on goes beetroot. I just turned around and walked out, couldn't believe it.

I went in to this store to order a cheesy garlic toastie. Lady at the counter did not greet me. Just asked what I wanted I asked for the above order and she just said we don’t do that anymore yet it is still avalaible online to order. I then asked for clarification and she said we don’t have bread in an extremely rude manner. I don’t see the point in lying to say we don’t serve this item anymore. She clearly did not want to make the order as bread was also seen in the oven. Not a good look to have things on your menu then deny customers from it. As a regular subway customer I’m extremely disappointed

Really terrible customer service. Serving 3 people at once? I’m pregnant and I asked if I could please have the meat heated up again just in case as I cannot have meat under a certain temperature. The lady working said ‘You can have cold meat pregnant’ and ‘Your bread will go black around the edges’. I would much rather be on the safe side and take my midwife and health professionals advice on what I can eat. She heated it up for a few more seconds but when I went to eat the sandwich straight away the meat was cold so I couldn’t eat it.

Manager is great, other staff not so much. One lady staff member is consistently miserable and tries to rush you when you are ordering. It's a shame as it is a clean place in a good location.

Everyone is right when they say that the staff get orders wrong. I listed my salads very clearly, yet kept having to correct the staff when they tried to put items I didn't ask for on my sub. Never had this issue at any other subway.
