Fraud...still waiting for money

Still no refund of deposit 1 year later. Bus in horrible condition, bus broke down during trip (roof, fridge, brakes) and had fraudulent paperwork (had self-sustained sticker without proper functions). DO NOT TRUST - He operates under 2 names to avoid scrutiny. Should be investigated by authorities.

I would like to choose zero stars but I need to give 1 here.That’s the story - we rented a VW LT35 from Mike Symmonds (aka The Bus Haus).The van was not ready the first days and we’ve got a spare car. After the camper was „ready“ we went on our journey through New Zealans.At the end of our journey we had problems with our clutch although Michael said the clutch was new. The mechanics couldn’t fix it but luckily we had just 300 km to Christchurch to our flight back home.Michael said he will take 300$ of our 1000$ deposit and will pay us the 700$ back. That was at March 2016. We haven’t got any money until no.Don’t book your camper at this guys company!!! You will regret it.
