David has always been spot on, very thorough and happy to explain anything to you.The contact lenses he orders for me have been absolutely brilliant and so comfortable.The staff out front have also always been helpful and great to deal with.On top of that the contacts have always arrived quickly as well and I have no doubt they will this time.

Had eye test appointment at OPSM Porirua at 11.10am on 22/02/2023 with David who asked me questions and explained why and what the procedures were for and clearly the health of my eyes. He was very polite and customer focused and calm.

A++ Great customer service from Aimee. I went to get a new glasses and being a late night on Thursday. Everyone tend to come after 5pm and get stuff done. There are only three staffs at the front and Aimee handle very well, despite the craziness at the store. She greet every customers that come in and apologies for the long wait.We often go to see her specially because she knows the products and the process very well.Thank you Aimee with all your help :)

I took the in-store insurance out when I purchased my pair of prescription reading glasses. On Christmas Eve they were trodden on by accident (frames broken but lens fine) so I popped into the store after the holidays and they were reframed on the spot. Great service and hassle free in regards to having purchased the insurance which from memory was around $70. The frames were around $390.I always enjoy great service here and my kids love seeing Dr Trish @ the “eye doctors” too.

The staff who assisted me when I'm looking for a Rayban frame is very patient of me being fussy in choosing my next frame. She's very helpful. Even the other staff when I picked it up my sunglasses. Awesome service . Keep up the good works girls. I recommend this Kmart mallOPSM shop better than the one in Queensgate Mall.
