ER Dental at Pyes Pa

Have been messed around with apppointments twice now. Incredibly frustrating that a client's time to book, schedule and reorganize their life to go to a dental appointment isn't respected. Unimpressed and not sure what to do next.Service was fine, if you can get a booking they can listen to, understand, schedule correctly, and not cancel last minute. Very, very frustrated.

Excellent customer service with a personal touch, greeting you by name. Always asking you if things are ok during the appointment. Highly recommend E R Dental Pyes Pa.

I came to this dental practice as I have recently moved into the district. The practice has modern facilities and equipment and the staff are efficient, professional and friendly. However, it comes with an expensive price.I needed a replacement of an old (small) filling that had fallen out. The dentist did an excellent job but the charge was $396. That is around 60% - 90% more than my previous dentist in Auckland would have charged for the same work.

I’m always blown away by the team at Pyes Pa /ER Dental.The staff are genuinely lovely and so caringFrom calling to apologise that the dentist is running late to making complimentary coffee.Totally recommend you all

I honestly had the BEST experience at ER dental. Dr André and Soné were an amazing team with a brilliant “bedside” manner. Never thought I would think of going to the dentist as being pleasant, but here we are. Thank you for taking excellent care of me. I wholeheartedly recommend.

I had a great experience during my recent first visit to ER Dental in Pyes Pa. Imran Cassim is the best dentist I have ever been to. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to address my teeth sensitivities which my previous dentist in Papamoa had been unable to resolve.He was present throughout the entire initial consultation, instead of delegating tasks like x-rays and teeth photos to his assistant. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, and didn't rush me through the appointment.I also appreciated that Imran didn't suggest unnecessary treatments or services. Overall, I highly recommend Imran and his team for anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and attentive dentist.

Every one spoke to me with a smile and respect, made everything easy and I was well informed at all times.Imran was very thorough with initial inspection and after discussion on work to be done, he competently carried out the crown & cap work decided on without pain or discomfortThanks for the great experience.Cheers , Brian

My regular appointment with Lianne is an absolute pleasure and I can’t imagine how it could be improved. Lianne is the complete professional as well as being friendly and encouraging - one of those treasures that has to be shared!

I have always found Lianne to be absolutely brilliant. From my first couple of visits which were quite a major job, when Lianne eased my nerves and was so patient and considerate, to my ongoing visits which she always makes the time to give a personal touch to. She does a fantastic job every time and highly recommend her, particularly for people who have maybe had a previous bad experience or are just nervous about it in heneral.The rest of the team there have always been really lovely and welcoming too and offer hreat customer service.
