Poor service and bad attitudes all round. Could write a short essay but won’t bother. Had a much better time since moving to another local Mercury dealer.

Yeap order a windlass of them 2 day ago. They told me they would have it the next day and that did not happen told me they will have it first thing in the morning the next day that did not happen.Asked for a tracking number that did not happen. They hiding something. Time for a refundWell in the it end my order was in the supplier junk mail. I personally blame covig19 getting rusty there on the emails...But at least the let me pic it up from the supplier...thanks now I have something in front of my boat....

2018 family & I brought a snapper net from this business. Roughly 6 weeks later we pulled net out to relize it was badly knotted. We called them up to explain... We were told to bring it back & we would be given a new one. Once we were there they asked us to leave with them & they would call us with a outcome... we waited 3 weeks without any contact so we called them, They said to come & collect... as we arrived we saw our net still sitting in a bucket out front of their shop, They refused to replace it! They rude guy at the counter spent more time out the back & leaving us unattended for some time. He also made a very rude comment ( we sell boats here not interested in a maui net) would not recommend.

Recently purchased a boat from Fish City Albany, and what a great experience for a first time boatie! Mike was great to deal with to get an awesome boat that's safe for the family, Russell was very sharing with knowledge, tips and tricks for a novice like me, and the young fulla in the fish shop was really informative and friendly too.Very much recommended. Only problem is I can see all my money going on the cool gear they have in the store!

Excellent customer service and great range of products.

My friend bought a very expensive boat from Fish City and I have to say the after sale support has been zero. I can not believe how any business could be so dismissive of a customer when in real terms he could be Fish City's best advertising. My thoughts..once they have your money they don't want to know you. (not sure if it was Hamilton or Auckland but it's still one brand)

Ordered sunglasses. I rang to see if they had been sent. To find out the glasses are not up to standard, did I want a refund. Got them to send a different brand. Still waiting. Chased them up. Aramex picked up 12th November.Customer service is really bad and they where like you should have picked them up re this time of year. Sent 45 minutes chasing courier company. To find they are in there mangere depot. Rang Fish City back they where not bothered,but forget word of mouth on company service Chris hung up on me. In future will not use this supplier or Aramex couriers again. RUDE. My husband was also hung up on by the manager. They have no people skills, unprofessional. No way to run a business. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing.Day 18 still no parcel.
