Extremely disappointing at the volume of music in the store today. Loud enough to be a work safe infraction, the long term effects on your staff will be irreversible and it is extremely unpleasant for your customers when they can’t even have a conversation in your store without shouting at each other

I went in a couple weeks ago to buy some doc martens. I was helped by Lisa who was able to order in the size I needed. She was fantastic to deal with. One of the few people left who is actually good at their job.

Went in today and unfortunately I have few injuries and the staff member that served me really helped me and so kindly. I so appreciated the care. I was unable to put any of the shoes on myself but nothing was too much trouble. I believe the young woman staff member was called Letava? Anyway really impressed! Thank you!

No problem with shopping on line. Excellent service and fast delivery. I was very happy with my purchase, all information was on line for the product i bought. I was very happy with the shoes I bought, lovely and comfortable.
