Warning! This company scams!!! Beware!! I filled up the car to the brim before bringing it back and Fei tried to charge me extra to “top up” the car. When I asked him for proof he sent me 2 different car dashboards and a receipt from a different time stamp. Fei is rude and will find any excuse to scam you, completely unacceptable!

Great service at Top Rental, this is the best value for money in Auckland for car rental after a lot of searches, the insurance option covers everything with low deposit (the owner even told us not to call him if we get in an accident haha). The car seemed a bit old but very powerful and did not disappoint at all! Best of all, the staff was amazing, gave very good explanation and very attentive to your needs. 100% recommend !

By far the worst car rental I’ve ever booked with!! They will scam you to pay extra claiming the “tank wasn’t full”. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away

The team at top rental were fantastic. With my flight delays they were very accommodating. The car we had was clean and reliable and we didn't have to pay a fortune. I will use them again on my next visit to Auckland

Just returned from NZ having rented a car from Top Rental for 28 days. Customer service excellent, competitive price, no problems with the rental car and would have no hesitation using them again in the future.
